This policy explains how Jordan Angelo Laurence, trading as Angelo Laurence ("I", "me"), handles personal information collected through this website.

What I Collect

When you use the contact form or email me, I collect your name, email address, and anything you include in your message (for example your organisation and the details of your enquiry). My hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site.

Why I Collect It

I use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that engagement. I don't sell, rent or trade personal information, and I won't add you to a mailing list.

Where It's Stored

Enquiries go to enquiries@angelolaurence.au and are delivered to my mailbox, hosted by Microsoft (Outlook.com). Contact form submissions are sent from this website by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States), which keeps a copy of the message and delivery logs for 30 days, and are then delivered to that mailbox. Email sent to an @angelolaurence.au address is forwarded to my inbox by Forward Email, which processes it in the United States without storing the message. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States, which keeps standard server logs, and the domain is registered through VentraIP in Australia.

Because these providers may process your information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they or their cloud providers operate, I use reputable providers with published privacy and security commitments. I keep enquiries only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent. I take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access and Correction

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by contacting me at enquiries@angelolaurence.au. I'll respond within a reasonable time.
